Not sure of how to calculate this bend, so I simply made, it using 64275c01 as a reference. Think it works.

Yes, I was thinking the same, but I desided to follow the only example we have, 64275c01.
All the segments are different in their design, in both 64275 and 98564, and can't be used as reusable flexible sections.
Or could we make a part using many unique segments, and have it bendable in LDCad?

Yes, that could be possible. But even as a static part, I'd prefer to use -f as this part I'd not a composite assembly.
