type needs to be changed to "Subpart".
this file only gets put into the "Parts" folder for easy access by
MLCad users.
I do not like that workaround, as it is a shortcoming of tooling
which carries over into inconsistency of our library.
However, at least the type inside the file should be correct.

Made it a subpart in parts folder. I don't know if something was changed in PT or if I made a mistake when I tried last time, but it now works!
