Changed the numbers of part 13a and 13b for these ones: part 999999a and part 999999b to avoid conflict with the already submitted. Also corrected part 32289b.
I send a mail to PTAdmin to correct the necesary files. Once again my apolgise.

At Wed May 27 05:01:02 2020 part 'parts/999999b.dat' was renamed to 'parts/u9519.dat'.

Nice job! You're getting closer. However:

* BFC error 1 16 0 80.5 37.7 -1 0 0 0 0 1 0 1 0 2-4ring9.dat beside the fact that this can't be right as the "wall" would have a thickness=0.
* Strange origin. I would place it with

1 16 0 80.5 40.8 -9 0 0 0 0 9 0 12.1 0 2-4cyli.dat

at y=0 but others may have a different opinion.
* You should really try to get rid off the T-Junk here:
