Looks good to me but I have two questions:

* Why did you use four times a 1-4ring9 instead of a 4-4ring9?
* I'm not convinced by the origin on the z-Axis. May be base everything on the front side of the axle:

It's fine, no problem on it. Question: do you have any idea on how to make the tooth of this part? I don't find the way to match the vertex (there are 15 tooths)

I would do the outline in LD Pattern Creator. It's "Add Primitive > Circle > Segments does the maths for for you.

Once you've got the shape right YTruder in LDPE is your friend.

I think you should inline the axl5holend primitive. I don't think it will ever be reused.
