Missing edgelines around the 3 thin pins.
2 of the thin pins are too long, protruding onto the sign.
The 2 rect prims should be rect2p

The edges around the base could be made by 1-8edge primitives, or rotated 1-4edge.
Is it correct that it has a flat end? Images show a sign with a rounded sphere.

For the thicker two on the top, I've corrected using cylj and cylse primitives.
But, for the thinnest one on the side, I didn't have good idea to make the intersection of cylinder and slanted cone.

Use Isecalc. Select the 2 primitives, or only the intersecting surfaces, and start Icecalc, on the Selection. It will generate a set of edgelines.

Use a deformed primitive. Like this:
1 16 0 -14 0 6 0 0 1.8 1 0 0 0 6 1-8edge.dat
And then add a mirrored copy.
Deformed primitives can be very useful in saving triangles. Instead of using 3 prims on the thicker pins you could use a single cyli:
1 12 0 -161.5365 -35 1 0 0 0 -2.7722 .1114 0 0 1 4-4cyli.dat
How did you create the tilted cone? Use the same here.

Since you named it x454 I thought the number came from Peeron.
Peeron doesn't differentiate between the 2 versions. When did Bricklink start using Peeron-number?

Thanks, the 1-8edges looks better in primitive substitution mode.
But, since the cylj and cylse fit correctly for thicker pins and connecting objects, they are retained.
