this file is empty and unused.
it makes no sense to have it carry around old contents.

I additionally ensured that all such files carry a valid BFC CERTIFY
statement, with this purpose:
doing so will allow us in future to add a simple check to PT
so that we can ensure that only BFC CERTIFY parts are released.
there should be no exception for these empty, unused files;
that would make things unnecessarily complicated.

unused subfiles which were leftovers from earlier part edits.
they were lurking in our official library release with some
part fragments inside.
I emptied them and submitted to PT.
I triple-verified that all of them are really unused by any official file.

to make the information 100% precise:
all of these relict subfiles are unused by official parts,
except for 1, which is s\6595d.dat. It is used by the currently official 6595.dat, but that part already long ago had been refactored
and is already Admin-certified on the PT without using that file anymore.
