You need to remove the "hidden" surfaces and add some cond-lines, between the subfiles.

I didn't understand where to place the cond-lines.

These surfaces are unecessary:
4 5 33 0 -1.0667 38 0 -1.0667 38 0 1.0667 33 0 1.0667
4 5 32.59 -5.16 1.0667 37.53 -5.94 1.0667 37.53 -5.94 -1.0667 32.59 -5.16 -1.0667

you need to add cond-lines here:
2 4 38 0 -1.0667 38 0 1.0667
2 4 37.53 -5.94 -1.0667 37.53 -5.94 1.0667
connected to the neigbouring sub-files

No, these condlines doesn't work properly.
The control points must be on opposing sides of the line.
Something like this:
5 14 38 0 -1.0667 38 0 1.0667 37.53 -5.94 1.0667 37.53 5.94 1.0667

One cond line has correct position, but bad control points
One cond line is misplaced, has bad controll points.
Both added lines are black. Cond-lines should be colour 24

One edge line is missing.
One edge line should be deleted.

No, the cond lines should be connected to a vertice in the next subfile.
5 4 38 0 -1.0667 38 0 1.0667 37.53 -5.94 -1.0667 37.53 5.94 -1.0667
5 14 37.5322 -5.9445 -1.0667 37.5322 -5.9445 1.0667 36.1387 -11.7379 -1.0667 37.9972 -0.0041 -1.0667

You might also need to increase the number of decimals in the quads, here in this file,
to close the gap between the rotated subfiles in the assembly.

I needed the tire and I saw sub-parts on hold, so to close the gaps:

for 92402s01:
- Increased the decimals from 2 to 5 for the position
- modified the condline to rach into the next subfile
- did not add the second condline as it would come from the next file

for 92402s02:
- Increased the decimals from 2 to 5 for the position
- Increased the decimals to 6 for the matrix.
