Overlay with the Minifig head. I do not understand the purpose of this vertex: 7.2978 20.2919 -16.3077

Could save a lot of triangles on the back rips by merging vertices: example 0 3.1001 17.3525

Reworked to better fit a 16-sided head.

Nice primitive substitution. I like the lo-res prims.

You need to add complementary condlines here:
2 4 2.222 3.375 16.669 2.222 3.624 17.2091
2 4 2.222 3.624 17.2091 2.222 4.225 17.4526
2 4 2.222 4.225 17.4526 2.222 4.826 17.2567
2 4 2.222 4.826 17.2567 2.222 5.075 16.7362
and on all 5 lo-res sphere-cylis

This condline have a bad control point:
5 24 14.2237 3.375 6.1997 15.339 1.5 2.999 14.1717 1.5 6.4152 16.268 15.597 3

I think these could be made better:
5 24 13.2752 17.3 9.203 12.2796 3.375 8.9813 10.4651 3.375 11.455 13.6737 3.375 6.1997
5 24 5.664 3.375 14.9672 6.1232 17.3 15.3367 4.375 17.3 16.141 8.8704 17.3 13.773
5 24 8.8704 17.3 13.773 8.2051 3.375 13.4411 5.664 3.375 14.9672 10.4651 3.375 11.455
5 24 11.3136 17.3 11.7379 10.4651 3.375 11.455 8.2051 3.375 13.4411 12.2796 3.375 8.9813

It looks like you made quite a lot of changes to the ldd data?
