If I look at this piece in ldview with all edges on I see that this is not a circular ring because one vertex seems to be completely off.

The Titles for 85582s01.dat and 85582s02.dat need to be reworded, to be more specific and distinctive. Right now, they both say theiy are 1/8th of the same parent file, which (while true) is insufficiently distinctive to distinguish between the two sub-files.
