Your new stud primitives are missing, but I wonder if they're really necessary?
IMO it would be better to use something like this on the whole row.
1 12 -100 11 67.85 0 0 1 0 8 0 4.35 0 0 box3u4p.dat
1 13 -100 19 80 0 0 8 0 -8 0 8 0 0 4-4cyli.dat
1 14 -90 11 80 -2.4 0 0 0 8 0 0 0 -2 box3u4p.dat
No need for a tiny filler. No need for a rotated 1-8 prim

This is not good design. Only adding unwanted vertices.
1 12 -80 13.5 60 0 0 -20 -2.5 0 0 0 1 0 rect1.dat
1 12 -80 16 108.5 0 0 -20 0 -5 0 -8.5 0 0 box4-7a.dat
Could stay in the design if you eliminate the T-junction.

Bad edge/condlines:
2 4 -43 35.37 18 -43 11 18
2 4 -43 35.37 22 -43 35.37 18
5 4 -46.67 30.1 18 -46.67 30.1 22 -43 35.37 18 -50.24 26.81 18

2 4 -43 35.37 38 -43 11 38
2 4 -43 35.37 42 -43 35.37 38
5 4 -46.67 30.1 38 -46.67 30.1 42 -43 35.37 38 -50.24 26.81 38

5 4 -60 16 120 -60 16 117 -100 16 117 -56.825 17.24 120
2 4 -60 16 117 -60 16 120

Why use primitives here:
1 12 -120 11 20 0 0 8 0 -1 0 8 0 0 5-16disc.dat
1 12 -120 11 20 0 0 -8 0 -1 0 8 0 0 1-4disc.dat
1 12 -120 11 20 0 0 -8 0 -1 0 8 0 0 3-16ndis.dat
1 12 -120 11 20 0 0 8 0 -1 0 8 0 0 1-4ndis.dat
1 12 -240 11 60 6 0 0 0 -1 0 0 0 6 2-4disc.dat
1 12 -240 11 60 -8 0 0 0 -1 0 0 0 8 7-16ndis.dat

Why are these surfaces divided?
4 10 -100 11 18 -80 11 18 -79.35 11 4 -100 11 10.88
4 10 -80 11 38 -60 11 38 -60 11 22 -80 11 22
4 10 -43 11 42 -60 11 42 -60 11 60 -43 11 60
It's good that you are avoiding long, thin triangles, but don't overdo it.
4 9 -74.92 23.94 42 -43 11 42 -59.37 24 42 -74.14 24 42
4 9 -96.55 16.3 42 -43 11 42 -74.92 23.94 42 -75.69 23.76 42

This edge line is missing along the whole part. There is a sharp edge on the real part, visible on all images I can find.
2 4 -59.83 12 -89.3 -59.15 12 -104.24
2 4 -45.78 12 -182.6 -52.32 12 -156.45
2 4 -57.27 12 -124.54 -59.15 12 -104.24
2 4 -60 12 -40 -60 12 0
2 4 -60 12 -80 -60 12 -40
And isn't it missing on the top side too:
2 4 -58 10 0 -58 10 -39
2 4 -58 10 120 -58 10 179

I think the front end cutout should have edges, and maybe be simplified:
2 24 -9.19 35.2 -204.16 -7.7 35.48 -204.46
2 24 -7.25 35.2 -205.05 -8.22 35.2 -204.64
2 24 -7.25 35.2 -205.05 -6.36 35.2 -205.35
2 24 -7.7 35.48 -204.46 -6.36 35.2 -205.35
2 24 -9.19 35.2 -204.16 -8.22 35.2 -204.64
