This file needs a lot of work. The optional lines are still missing.
I guess that I'll finish this job until friday.

The present optional line setup is not perfect IMHO.
I need advice on a solution for this problem.

There are missing condlines on 2 triangles above and behind visor dimple. Moreover these two triangles should be flipped to get a convex junction.

Is it intentional that there is a little gap when placing a minifig torso:

The visor has to be placed at:

1 47 0 1 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 2447.dat

to fit the bump. Are you sure about the position of the bump. Have a look placing over the standard 2446 helmet.

What's wrong with the surface?

This helmet don't use visor 2447, but instead 6090.
If I remember correctly, I made this part last summer, I did spend some time
adapting the shape of the helmet, and maybe the position of the hinge bump, to that visor.
I also completely reworked that propellor, and the inside surface to properly fit our minifig torso.

The normal visor, 2447, fits and I don't see why the bump has to be in the same position as on 2446.

If I in LDD build a figure, torso+head+30124+2447, and then remove 30124, I can't simply replace it with a 6088.
There seams to be a small mismatch even in LDD, indicating that 6088 have a sligtly different position on its bump.

Maybe "mismatch" is the wrong word. I mean difference.

I see. I guess the blue and green area should be at z=10 instead of 10.033, 10.029, ...
