I do not have the physical part in my hands, I realized the part based upon the images found on the following sites:
http://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/TvMAAOSw~oFXE40E/s-l300.jpg
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Lyichir/LDDSets/LDDReference/error_6.png
http://www.toypro.com/en/product/1594/boat-bow-brick-10-x-12-x-1-open/dark-bluish-gray

Therefore I have some doubts on the following points:
a - the little triangular cutout that lets you put a 2 x 2 brick in the bow, is positioned at 39 LDU and not at the canonical 40 LDU, because otherwise it is too bigger than the one in the pictures. I didn't understand if it is really so (for this see installation error LDD on brickshelf) or it is different the inclination of the vertical wall (and the wall have not the same thickness);
b - from the images, the fillets on the upperside have different width (2 or 3 LDU). I maintained this differences but I didn' t know if it is really so, or is due to the prospect.
c - in some points the studs are tangent to the vertical walls. I didn't know if they can remain so (for simplify LDRAW representation), or I have to connect with fillets as it would be in reality.
d - in the lower part, the cutouts in the walls interfere with stud4. For the calculation of the points I used a 16-sided polygon, and then, where possible, I used the cylindrical primitive. There are some points where the walls are of thick almost zero.

Massimo, if this can help lifting some doubts, you can see raw conversion of LDD part here: http://www.digital-bricks.de/en/file.php?part=47404
Otherwise, since you are doing boat parts... I'm currently working on 64645 and 64651 (to avoid double work!)

Note that the error has been corrected in LDD: a brick can fit now.

I modified the part referring to the model in LDD and image: http://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/TvMAAOSw~oFXE40E/s-l300.jpg.

According to the LDD drawing, the sloped surfaces are not at 45 degrees and the wall thickness is only 3.75 (thus, there are no problems of tangency).
According on image, open studs have the internal stop, and around he stud in postion (-110,70) there is a pitch.

To simplify the design I moved the cylindrical parts in a subpart (47404s02), so you do not have to join the rectangular surfaces with rounded surfaces.
The flat surface around the stud in position (-110, 70) is not complete, because it is covered by the insertion of the stud. There is a bit of overlapping, but it should not create problems.

Sorry, now there is the s\ before 47404s02.

I do not understand the need of a second subfile.

Holding for these issues:
Condlines should have colour 24, not 16.
Large gaps in the design between understud and their supports.
Many bfc inverse surfaces.
Missing edge line at the base of the hollow studs.

Removed using the second file;
correct the color of condlines
correct the orientation of the surfaces;
correct the outer vertical surface around the cuts (I think you meant this for "large gaps in the design and Their understud between supports")

I did not understand what are the missing edge lines at the base of the hollow studs.

Well done, but I still see a lot of issues.
Maybe a picture is a better help in explaining what I see.
http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MagFors/LDraw/pictures/Errors/47404.png

Blue rings: Missing edges.

Red rings: Large gaps.

Orange ring: Duplicated edge-primitives.
Some of the edges are already added in the new stud4-prims. You can't use a 4-4edge here.

Orange square: It's always a good thing to use box-primitives, but this is not good practice. It creates too many T-junctions.

Long flat red ring: Don't divide primitives in the split-plane.
Try not to divide any surface or primitive, in or across the splitting plane. Add them in the main file instead.

Please have a look into how the subfiles for 64645 and 64651 are made.

I don't understand why you are using so many box primitives.
They're only adding many unnecessary T-junctions.

There's a 4-4disc at the bottom of this stud:
1 4 -110 16 70 3.5 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 3.5 4-4disc.dat
and overlapping surfaces in the same corner cavity.

You could use a 1-4cylo instead of adding loose edgelines:
1 14 -60 20 -20 -5.54328 0 -2.2961 0 4 0 2.2961 0 -5.54328 1-4cylo.dat

It's also missing a lot of supplementary cond-lines on the understuds.
