Bottom of groove is duplicated between the two halves, should be a single cylo in main part.
Now nitpicking...
- You might use 1-8ndis in the outer rim above the pin holes so that high level prim substitution works fine. This would also remove the mysterious extra vertices on the cylos...
- For the same reason, also in rim, could probably use some 48\chrds.
- at the end of the cylos there is a very close vertex that should be merged with cylo vertex.

Thanks for fixing!
I'm not sure if I can do cert vote on the part. If there will be just one vote until the next update, I'll cert this file (I think, it's enough time to forgot, what I did exactly.) :-)

There is a overlaping cond at:

5 4 25.048 -7.929 -4.375 25.048 -7.929 -3 25.252 -11.044 -3 23.747 -5.29 -3

I find the usage of the distored 1-8ndis.dat kinda strange. I haven't counted them, but if looks like it increases the over count of the polys.

No, it's not overlapping, it's a complementary condline (to go from plane-tangent included in cyli to cylinder-tangent as used here).

They are not distorted, just rotated. Yes, they do add to poly count (one more vertex->one more triangle per ndis) but they allow correct rendering with high level primitive substitution.

Mind-bending. A true work of art....

How should we deal with that rin-ring bug in Ldview?
It's the only issue here, that breaks the magic.
