I can't see the inner black ring on any of the pictures and reviews I checked.
Where does it come from?

Isn't it missing a BFC NOCLIP?

Now the funny thing concerning the black line. I don't see it on BL pictures as well. But, here is mine:

I took it when the Plate, Round 4 x 4 with 2 x 2 Hole still attached to it. You can see the black line from the plate with hole, but also a black print... I only took a picture of the blue one, the orange one is not too far away from me. Will check again.

I think it is a simple reflection of the surface "on the other side". If that makes any sense.
What we see is the "thickness" of the transparent part.

Missing a comma after Blue.
