New changes as recommended by the reviewers:
- combined the two subfiles to one, so 37493s02.dat may be deleted.
- rework on general shape
- match bottom semi-circle to segments of plate 18646.dat
- added conditional lines by using Edger2 (Thanks to GeraldLasser for the advice to use this helpful tool!)
- merged triangles to squads by using rectifier (Thanks to GeraldLasser for the advice to use this helpful tool!)
- replaced several faces by primitives
- avoided T-junctions

Please change this condline (line 190) to a normal line as this is a visibe edge at the real part:
5 24 60 4 60 40 -16 60 40 -16 100 40 -8.817 41.686
to:
2 24 60 4 60 40 -16 60

@MMR1988 I do not think, that this is a "sharp" edge in the real part. It is rather smooth and rounded. If I compare it to the Technic Mudguard Arched #30 (42531.dat), it seems to be comparable to the "edge" line at
2 4 -20 -49 -60 -20 -49 60

This one was not considered to be an edge with a line, only a conditional line in a rather smooth surface.

But since I am new as a part author, I am open for your opinion, what would meet best to ldraw rules.

There are a view edgelines across quads. Those should be removed. I am surprised myself that neither LDPE nor DAT Header complain about a) condlines in a plane or b) about a warped quad.

ALong line 190 this quad
4 16 40 -16 60 60 4 60 60 4 100 40 -16 100
needs to be split as there are two T-Junctions

Comments:
I removed the T-Junction on the top slope and removed all conditional lines that went diagonal over quads. Edger2 did create them although I checked the option "Don't create cond. lines on warped quads". Maybe that behaviour can be controlled by adjusting the parameters of Edger2. I kept them at default values.

I still think it should be an edge, but I'm fine with a condline there as well.
