DATHeader (version 3.0.4.0, apparently last Linux version) strangely does not work for me.. somebody needs to fix these errors for me.

What do you mean by "strangely does not work for me".
Also the current version of DATHeader can not solve that problems, as it contains triangles that has according to our conventions colinear vertices. Maybe you just can delete those lines.

Why is this cylinder placed in a subfile, only used once?
Shouldn't it be inlined, or are you planning to reuse it somewhere else?

I solved the first two points.
As far as the edges of the small triangles are concerned, it seems to me that everything is fine. They are part of the cone when one side is a conditional line and the other two an edge.

The lateral cylinders are in a subpart because they are inclined and deformed to make them better connect with the cylinders in subpart 01 (see notes on lines 23 and 14). It is certainly an excess, but it seems to me the best way not to create overlapping or T-Junctions because of the inevitable approximations.
In my opinion the most correct thing, if you do not want to use the subpart03, is to give up the use of primitives to draw the side cylinders. As much as radius are small and 16 faces are already enough.
