Or a different approach:

Why don't you make the pattern flat on the x/y plane and only slant it when using it?

This could be realized best with those in the main file:

parts/s/30361dps7s04.dat
parts/s/30361dps7s03.dat

the s\ is missing.

I would totally get rid of both files:

30361dps6s06
30361dps6s07

and replace them with

30361dps6s06 : 30361dps7s01 + 30361dps7s02
30361dps6s07 : 30361dps7s03 + 30361dps7s04

and do the replacement in the respective main file:
30361dps6
30361dps9
30361dpsc
30361dpsd (only uses 30361dps6s06)
30361dpsf
30361dpsg
30361dpsh

I never digged into the subfile structure.
I can see that, 30361dps6s07 = 30361dps7s03 + 30361dps7s04.

But IMO your other suggestion is wrong, Gerald. The bottom vents are different.

Added s\

Magnus is right. 30361dps7s01.dat and 30361dps7s02.dat have been created on purpose because of the different bottom pattern

@magnus, I see, the bottom vents are rectangular and not rounded
