Missing cond lines in the underside of the dome.
Please don't cut large quads into smaller surfaces.
Some surfaces here must now be removed, since you changed the s01 file.

In fact, the original file had a very good design using box primitives along the z-axis. Don't cut them apart.

I aslo think that the unprinted cylindrical side of the dome should be in this subfile. Not in the pattern subfile.
This hunt for, and elimination of T-junction is really not wanted.

Now I re-used the middle part from the original file including the box primitives and put them into s01.
Also added the quarter ring and the outer condlines except the four in the middle (on ther x-axis). Put these four into s01 as well or do you think all the condlines belong together in s01?
I hope that fits the needs.

What condlines are missing?

Using only hi-res prims + stud4a.dat isn't a good idea, is it?

Would you accept a cyli.dat instead of cyls.dat (like 1 9 40 3 0 -8 0 0 0 -3.8 0 0 0 8 1-8cyli.dat)? Because the cyls is a main problem...

Anyway, especially by adding quads (e.g. 4 3 36.03254 3 6.781572 34.3432 3 5.6568 34.3432 -.8 5.6568 36.03254 1 6.781572 and 3 3 40 3 8 36.03254 3 6.781572 35.124 3 10.87), it creates gaps, so I don't get it, why a mix of 48' and 16' prims is not ok... (or using 48' prims + stud4a)

Well, I'm actually unsure of, if an actual substitution, normal to hi-res primitive, takes place at all in LDView.
I know that there is a slider control that will affect the visual outcome on the monitor, what you actually see on the screen.
Edit/Preferences/Primitives/Primitives substitution/Curve quality. This setting will create a .../8/16/24/32/48/56/...-sided cylinder depending on the setting of the slider.
A even value is prefered. I have it set to fourth (4) level. An odd value is not good.
This "substitution" is hard-coded into LDView library of primitives. A 4-4cyli-prim is substituted, but not a 4-4cylse-primitive.

I'm not sure, but I think an actual replacement will take place if you export your file to a POV-Ray-file.

This is why you should always use normal resolution primitives when you're making parts.

I aligned the quads and did some minor fixes.
