At Sat Oct 13 15:55:02 2018, a new version of the file was submitted.

By "correcting" all the odd values in the main file I accidentally unrotated the subfile,
so that the inside vertices no longer matched the opposite subfile. I've now corrected that by rotating this subfile.
It was a very small rotation, 0.4 degrees. This rotation create a small overlap in the tread. It was gone in my "corrected" file.
The connection between left and right side of the tyre half are now reworked.
I have also moved a lot of vertices to make the tire fit the rim better.
And added condlines on the inside surface.
Existing certification-votes were deleted.
