I just disassembled a 18602 and 18605 tag. Actually they are different inside.

18602 has only two of the 'extrusions' inside, 18605 has four (as this part now)

I would suggest:

18602s01: remove the two extrusions, keep just two
18605s01: 18602s01 plus the two additional extrusions (as it is now)
