Duplicating surfaces when the subpart is mirrored.
Edges on the "axle", between the mirrored subparts, should be condlines.
Edge lines on the beam should be removed.
But the main question I have is; Wouldn't it be better to use a much longer axle prim in the main part?
One of the beamhole prim could be here in the subpart.

Missing edge lines around the beam.
The use of 3-16ndis create surface bleeding.

These edges:

2 24 121.818 -1.725 14.961 125 -1.725 15.172
2 24 97 1.725 6 98.65 1.725 7.098
2 24 97 -1.725 6 98.65 -1.725 7.098

don't match with the quads and the cyli prim.

Arranged by eliminating the circular primitives in that area.

The edges had just wrong end points. From my point of you it wasn't neccessary to replace the prim by quads, but I'm fine with it.
