Edger2 probably has seen it differently for any reason.

I guess I would have had to adjust the angle restriction something.

Thanks! Yes, Edger2 only has facet angle as criteria, so it may guess wrong, you have to adjust threshold and manually make corrections (believe me, it was a nightmare when you only had MLCad to do the job ;) ).
