I can't tell were it goes wrong, but there should be more blue above the submarine.
And this blue hexagon with a sub is used in more prints/stickers, Maybe a subfile of the logo?

White border should also be smaller in my opinion, the print on my part is a bit misaligned.
Will subfile the hexagon part. Don't have the stickers though.

This does create some unmatched edges, hope that is acceptable.
