The title needs some polisihing, it should describe the part not its use.
The trailing zero should be replaced by a CR/LF.
In my eyes the rounded corners could be inlined in the main part.

when retitling, I also suggest to move the "Folded" to the end to follow our usual naming principle. I.e., replace
"0 Cloth folded for Set 10220"
by
"0 Cloth for Set 10220 (Folded)"
or even better
"0 Cloth for Set 10220 (Formed)"

Maybe: "Cloth 4.3 x 30.7 (Formed)"
and as Keyword "set 10220" or just use the keywords that are used in the curtain for this set?

If you don't want to use ring prims and create T-junk, may I suggest something like this instead:
1 12 57 0 -76 0 0 6 0 1 0 -6 0 0 1-8chrd.dat
1 12 57 0 -76 6 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 -6 1-8chrd.dat
1 12 57 0 -76 0 0 5.2 0 1 0 -5.2 0 0 1-4tang.dat

The 1-4tang primitive is a great problem solver, I think we should promote more often.
Whenever 2 cylis don't have a simple ring prim solution, use the tang prim and some chrd prims.
The above solution always create 16 triangles, exactly the same as 2 x 1-4ring prims.
If you think you need 3 ring prims, the tang prim is a better solution.

Wrong parttype. This is still a single part, even though it is formed.
Could you please look at, and use the tang primitive?

What's wrong with 1-4ring9.dat?

Nothing.
But you can't use it in the 4th curve. You use 4 quads. You could use a 1-4tang + 2x1-8chrd.

Please change the description to "Sheet Fabric ..."
It should not be "Canvas ..."
