To properly colour the part we need a rubber medium lilcac
I hope the naming and numbering is OK.
The rubber part has the number imprinted, as I did not destroy the part, I did not find anything on the central plate.

Since this is one dual-moulded part I think you should have used 2 subfiles, 90001s01 and 90001s02, and then numbered the couloured part 90001p01.
The file 90001.dat should be a uncoloured version.
And I think we should change the colour code in the config file. LEGO use the same name on both rubber and solid coolured parts, Medium Lilac.

Concerning the colour code, it makes a difference when rendering in studio. Normal colors are very shiny, eg a tire in colour 0 looks weired. The rubber colors are rendered matte.
Another approach would be to revisit the material meta command.
