At the moment, for the external bars I used various combination of long and short cylinders to have fewer faces but with some T-Junction.
You could avoid some of T-Junctions between subpart s01 and rect2p by removing the square faces from 11216s04 and using triangles, but there would probably be a lot of very thin triangles.

I'm happy with the design. There are only to points I would like to see changed.
1) some of the traingle surface around the single hole ndis can be combinded to a quad (this will result in 4 triangles and 4 quads per side instead of 12 triangles. (It's just change the line count.)
2) There is a bleed in at the at the surface where s02 and s3 subparts are positioned. I think you should change this singe quad to several small ones beetwen the teeth.

I hope I understand how you intended to modify the base of the tips.

What about 89513?
Is that a variant (hollow studs) or was there a numbering error?

Also, shouldn't it be "Grille"? And even "Bar w x h Grille ..."?

89513 seems to come from Peeron, and to be the wrong number.

Is it missing the bottom, and the logo inside all the studs?

To do this part and his sister 11216, I followed Gerald's directions that you find in https://forums.ldraw.org/thread-24263.html. Gerald has the real parts in hand.
Isn't there two versions of 89519, one with closed studs and one with open studs?

I put all these parts on hold because i realized they already exist for 89513 which is already official. Sorry.

There are some differences between my version and the already official one. My version is smoother but some dimensions don't match.

The subparts indicated by me as 11216s02 and 11216s03 must disappear or possibly be renamed as 89513s02 and 85913s03.
Subpart 11216s04 may remain, but for consistency it must be renamed 85913s04 and modified 89513s01 accordingly.

There is the problem of the description: it is necessary to decide whether these parts are part of the Door or Bar group and then adapt the description of 85913 accordingly. This must however be modified to differentiate 89513 from 89519.

In 89513 the logo inside the studs is on both sides. Is it correct or should it only be placed on one side?
If you have to modify 89513, perhaps at that point it might be convenient to create a common subpart with 89519 so that you have the same frame and only change the stud lines between open and closed studs.
I would also change the orientation of 89513s03, to make it the same as that of 89513s02.

Wth Chris we have verified that the part 89513 does not exist. It will be made obsolete.
Parts 89519 and 11216 can resume the approval process.

You shouldn't self certify.
The bottom is missing inside all the studs. And there should be a logo, so you have to also change the stud primitive.
Spelling of Grille is incorrect.

I know I can't self-certify, I did it because it seemed to me that a comment could go unnoticed. However now there is a new version and the certification disappears.

For the rest I closed the holes and added the logo on both sides.
From what I understand the depth on the two sides is different.
