The condlines between the two subparts and all around the fin are missing...

To match the fin:

In such cases I use big quads (as an simplification of the side faces of the fin in this case) which will intersect the main part and cut them out by using intersector. So you can get the correct shape but you have to adjust (optimize) some faces manually.

Is it correct that 8 of these end up out of "system"?

It looks like the radius is something like:

I took the measurements from the LDD file.

I redid the triangulation for the center and it is at 150.826834 which is indeed a strange value, I do not remember when I started, neither did I find a a file where I marked the 'center'

I think it should be 150?

I need to find at least 8 of them to prove the theory

I just compared the circle of part 32016 (done with LDCad) which has a similar angle (22,5 deg), it will also end up out of system, i.e at a diameter of 301,64

this part 87745 makes the diameter 301,641...

so effectively the same
