I think I would go for something like:
Tile 2 x 4 with Dark Turquoise Filigrees, Magenta and White Quads Carpet Pattern.
The keyword here is "Filigree". How likely is it that we'll ever have another 2x4 tile with Filigree in the description?
And please add as many keywords as you want. "Frozen" might be a good one to add here.
