Can we add the handle-type to the name? We also have 3191, which has a different type of handle, and has the exact same title as this part :-)

It looks like there's three different versions to deal with

Oh indeed - we need to pick a name :-)

With the exception of this part, whose handle appears to be a one-off, the doors either have a simple stub for a handle (modelled as a box) or a more complex shape which allows a fingernail to be used to open the door. So far as I'm aware this latter type is the more common, so we could plausibly get away with just naming the two types that differ: this one and the stub.
