note that this one had been previously official with hardcoded color yellow.
but as we have decided to not include hardcoded color parts in the default library anymore,
I am fine with re-issueing this file with the same number and color 16 as a replacement.
normally we would have to keep the previously official file in yellow as Obsolete,
and re-issue this one as 73200a.dat

a little doubt remains, though...
this file will break downwards compatibility with existing models.

what do others think?

The risk is so small that I think it is OK. At worst a model with yellow legs will have them changed to uncoloured.

We could avoid that small risk by renaming this to 73200-f1 (and 3815bc02 to 73200-f2) and obsoleting the hard-coded yellow 73200. Is that agreeable?
