I borrowed the description from part 93273
so the double, means the shape, not the steps

regarding orientation:
It is aligned with the other curved slopes
Bottom Hole
I think there was a discussion once if those should be modeled or not. Agreement at that time was no, although it is practically a valid attachment it is nowhere in our parts.
I do have 1 x 6 plates, that can fit and others that have a pretty loose connection.
If we want to use this connections (no objections), we need to recycle a considerable amount of parts.
I would suggest a new primitive, stud3h(ollow) or something

You're talking about the orientation of: 15068 or 50950 or 61484?
Well then it has to be rotated 90 degree counter clockwise.

If I look at 93273, the curve ist in the same plane, that's where I came from
What do we do with the bottom stud3?

Ah, now I see. Since the slopping is much more significant that the rounding it should go with:
https://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?s=66956
https://www.ldraw.org/parts/official-part-lookup.html?folder=parts&partid=47457
https://www.ldraw.org/parts/official-part-lookup.html?folder=parts&partid=30602
https://www.ldraw.org/parts/official-part-lookup.html?folder=parts&partid=44675
so please rotate 90 degree counter clockwise
