Why should this partnumber be used on a shortcut with a blue bottom?
I have no idea what to do. Either we go the Bricklink way and use one of both part with a c01 suffix or we use the number it has. But I think this is the Design-ID for the colour combination of a lime top and a blue bottom.
For what it is worth, LEGO says the combination Lime top/Blue bottom is Lime... (https://brickset.com/parts/6285651/boat-36x7x7-w-4-85-hole)
Thinking with this information in my mind the actual number makes a sense.
