Interesting part, I did not notice at first.

Studs on top are mirrored, should be:

As mentioned in the other part, the usage of chord-primites, e.g. 1-4chrd to close a partial cylinder is better

Also avoid T-Junctions like those:

And then add on more primitives, from the inside out, layer by layer.

...instead of the two circles...this formation would be the same poly-count:

it is recommended to always check the files with datheader and SAVE them with datheader as well

... furthermore, before and after each command line (0 // Inside etc.) that serves as the title of a section, there should be a free line ...
this is a better view for the human eye.

LDPE also includes a sorting option, so you can create a neat overview according to your own wishes
