New version with use of t01o4000 instead of t01q4000.

IMO it is not good to use that new primitive. It creates a lot of surface that never will be seen.

The purpose of this work was to finally eliminate the primitive 1-4ccyli. Then since I was there, I introduced other simplifications in the hips and legs area.

The primitive in question was 1-4 of a complete torus, of which only the external part was used and half of the faces were hidden inside the central cylinder.
In the first version I had simply replaced four 1-4ccyli primitives with a single primitive t01q4000 (complete torus): the number of unused faces had remained unchanged since the two primitives are equivalent.
In the second version, as suggested, I used two primitive t01o4000 which constitute only the external face of the torus, the visible one: therefore the faces used have decreased by a good bit (those of the torus have been reduced by half). However, some faces are still hidden by ribs or are incomplete.

To better understand what you mean: do we almost completely abandon the use of primitive torus and use only visible faces using simple quads and triangles?

I'm sorry. It looks like I've missed one of your uploads. You're no longer using the t01q4000 primitive. Good.

However, There's still a lot of issues with rather pointless surfaces that I think should be removed.
In some cases a simple cyli primitive would be a better choise, than the tori prim.

Maybe you could also generate some edgelines in the intersectional surfaces in the ribcage and the spine.
Many of these edgelines could be made by edge primitives. The ribcage is also completely missing condlines.

Is it correct that there is a logo inside the neck pin? Maybe a stud2a is a better choise?

There's also something wrong in the ribcage:
4 5 -12.01 6.8 -6.1 -12.01 6.8 6.1 -11.5 6.8 6.1 -11.15 6.8 -6.1
3 3 -9 3.8 6.1 -11.15 6.95 6.1 -11.5 6.8 6.1
3 5 -9 3.8 6.1 -11.05 6.8 6.1 -12.01 6.8 6.1
This error is copied, and present, in all four "corners", f you can understand me.

I started fixing the points you indicated to me.
I added two auxiliary subparts:
the first is the intersection of the torus with the central cylinder, it no longer has hidden faces and has all the necessary edges;
the second is repeated four times and contains the vartical filling of the faces and the intersection of the tori with central cylinder and ribs.
In the main file I changed stud2 to stud2a, I added the missing conditional lines in the ribs and the intersection edge between the sphere and the cylinders in the shoulders.

Maybe we should extend the description?
