I think the decimals can be rounded off to two, that is enough for this pattern.

Then do a "snap to vertices" with subparts so that the vertices touching the primitive will align.

I think the purple (col 22) frame around the star is a printing artefact, see also your sticker 6259759e, that suffers also from this issue on sme pictures (e.g. on BL) the Stickersheet at the NE review looks pretty good

It does not show this line so prominently, that'S why I think it should not be there.
