Lots of duplicated, and unnecessary, cond-lines. Probably from the inlined sphe-prims.
Some of the internal cond-lines should IMO be edge-lines.

Hmm, Datheader isn't noticing anything. Perhaps the duplicates differ very slightly.

As for the condlines, the outer edge of the underside is pretty smooth and thin. I could make some lines proper edges though.

You could perhaps use a bump5000 prim (or maybe a flattened half sphere!) instead of a truncated sphere. If you keep the truncated sphere, you should tweak the mesh to remove the tiny tiangles at the base.

I understood that bump5000.dat is a special primitive that should not be scaled. I rebuilt the top by tracing a curve over the existing half-sphere and revolving it.
