I reduced it a bit.
If it is not enough (we are talking about 0.0009/0.0007 LDU,) it is necessary to give up the common subparts between undeformed and deformed sticker and draw two different stickers.

When I view this sticker in LDCad there is a long, thin surface here
2 5 21.687 -7.0978 -20.6814 21.687 -.8521 -30.0499
but it is not visible in any other program, LDPE or LDView. Anyone seeing the same?
There a small BCF error in the rs10 subfile
3 0 7.3106 -.25 8.5261 7.243 -.25 8.5435 7.254455 -.25 8.5663

This is because LDCad's vertex grid rounding.
After flattening all coordinates they are put in unique coordinate list, this does fuzzy compare to 'pull' rounding error together on a vertex net which is used for smoothing.
The fuzzy compare uses 0,005625 (0.075^2) as its threshold.
But if I half that it's still the same, it only goes away when I set it to 0.0 (horrible smoothing on all parts).
imho this part should use a texture instead of all those tiny polygons.
