Mechanical assembly.

The trailing 0 line is useless. I would suggest to copy the wire stub from 58120.dat in this assembly as it belongs to it mechanically, and update 58120 to use 59143c01.

I agree. The wire stub is missing.

Wire stub added (such a tiny thing ;).
"0" was wrongly inspired by other files.
58120 is yours, Philo.

Downgrade to novote until the colour question of the cable stub is solved. Please see 58148c01.dat for that question.

I don't understand these parts. What are they used for?

They are mechanical assemblies: several (sub)parts joined together and immobile.
E.g. this one just needs the axle bush (which should be able to rotate) to be a complete motor (=58120, but whose axle bush is immobile).

So they have a helping use in LDraw for people who need the bushes to rotate without having to gather and place all the components (especially the unuseable cable end s\58124s03.dat).

Accessorily, they also match LDD (sub)parts one to one, which is a requirement for LDD to LDraw conversion.

Color of cable is disputable, PF cables are rather shiny so normal black might be the best. Anyway the stub is almost not visible when fitted with a cable.
