Why did they pick a name of a real company?
Or is it a common name on laundromats?

the BFC NOCLIP instructions in this file should be removed.
I think maybe someone thought that they are necessary because
the pattern could be viewed from behind when this part is being used
in a transparent color.

but that's not necessary. as soon as a part is transparent,
normal BFC non-rendering of surfaces can no longer be applied anyway,
so it is not necessary to explicitly suppress it with
BFC NOCLIP additionally.

removing hold vote following this discussion
https://forums.ldraw.org/thread-23501-post-32795.html?highlight=noclip#pid32795

the NOCLIP topic needs to be revisited later in future when a better programmatic solution is available

There's cond. in the pattern:

5 24 -10.32 49.97 -2 -12.23 50.06 -2 -11.27 49.97 -2 -11.02 49.07 -2

Having a closer look you see why:

3 212 -12.23 50.06 -2 -11.27 49.97 -2 -10.32 49.97 -2

Things like these:

3 2 -13.69 117.38 -2 -14.44 116.3 -2 -13.73 117.41 -2
3 2 -17.43 106 -2 -17.48 107.08 -2 -17.4 106 -2
3 2 -12.3 117.25 -2 -12.11 115.76 -2 -12.14 115.75 -2
3 2 18.28 103.53 -2 18.71 104.47 -2 18.75 104.48 -2

drive renderes crazy. Obviously not holding for that. Just a hint.
