This description is way too long.
IMO, when there are only a small number of different patterns, there is no need for a long and complicated description.
May I suggest something like this instead:
Cylinder 3 x 3 with Dome Top with Happy Face and Icecream Topping Pattern

As of today there's only three different prints to describe. And they all have a "Open Stud", so there's no need to include that.
p01, Cylinder 3 x 3 with Dome Top with Happy Face and Icecream Topping Pattern
p02, Cylinder 3 x 3 with Dome Top with Blue Mouth and Eyes Pattern
p03, Cylinder 3 x 3 with Dome Top with Magenta Mouth and 4 Eyes Pattern

Please also remove some of the keywords since they are used in the new description.

The description is now incorrect. You can't omit "with Open Stud". From the spec:
"The description of a patterned part should in the following format:
<base part description> with <pattern description> Pattern"

If so, let's remove "with Open Stud" from the base part.

You are right, missed both issues. :-(
Fixed the description by adding Stud description.

As there is no other stud variant, this seems a good idea.

Maybe we should discuss this on the forum instead but...
- for the part itself specifying the stud type is rather meaningless since there is no other stud type variant. Rebrickable name (...with center stud) is marginally more significant to mean that there _is_ a stud.
- I don't see the point of specifying stud variant qualifier on patterned version if the pattern exist only on one variant.

would it be possible to split it into submodels?
the face is exactly one quarter wide and the top has 4 copies of the same quarter...
for example 3 submodels:
-top quarter
-rear quarter
-front quarter with face the swirl (who should fit seamlessly to the top quarter)
