* All the geometry named "0 // Pattern" has to be moved to a proper subfile 48156p01s02 substituting what is in 48156s02

* Is this really painted black on the inside? I presume most of the inner structure in 48156s03 has to be moved to 48156s01 except for the black area goggles/ear intake/nose intake/forehead cavities

As far as I understand it this is a printed, dual moulded part.
I'm fine with the current file structure.

Indeed! So the only issue is the pattern

Ah, I was told that it was fine to put the pattern in the p01 part. And that a subpart was not needed. But I can move it out if that is the correct way to do it.

The pattern is not symmetrical so I will then need two different subfiles. What is the best way to do this? Not sure I understand how that is cleaner.

You should not use the pearlecent colours in a printed pattern, here use Metallic silver, code 80.
Since parts of the silver pattern is mirrored, on both sides, you could make a second pattern subfile, and then add the part that isn't mirrored here, in this file.

The dividing line between inside and outside, the line between black and white, is not placed correct on the inside of the helmet.

I just had a quick glance at the pattern and assumed that the Metallic Silver lines were symmetrical. So NO subfiling is fine. But as Magnus remarked Pearl cannot be us as pattern.

I can see on the youtube review that the dividing line is wrong. Unfortunately I do not have this part. So I need a better image to change this.

Nobody will ever see this dividing line. I'm fine with it.

Or do as I often do, on non vital stuff, assume a line:
2 5 7.882 22.572 -10.519 7.472 12 -11.015
2 5 7.472 12 -11.015 9.2962 12 -9.2962
2 5 0 12 13.227135 4.8231 12 12.3936
2 5 12.0408 12 -5.3883 9.2962 12 -9.2962
2 5 4.8231 12 12.3936 9.2688 12 9.4684
2 5 13.092271 12 1.870265 11.948441 12 5.663724
2 5 13.102735 12 -1.814332 12.0408 12 -5.3883
2 5 13.102735 12 -1.814332 13.092271 12 1.870265
2 5 9.2688 12 9.4684 11.948441 12 5.663724

I did it like that in the Robin goggles, 28145. The line was missing in the ldd mesh, and I wanted it, so I created a line there.
And now it looks much better. It could be right, but it doesn't matter if it's not.

Is the pattern correct?
The description at Bricklink say that it is DBG.
Are there different colours on the mouthpiece and on the sides of the helmet? Or is it only DBG, both on the helmet and on the front?
I can't tell from the video reviews.

Will add description. But you suggested Metallic silver in a comment earlier. What made you change your mind? And do you have any suggestion on what it is?

Fredrik, I presume you own the part? Just take some picture, host them somewhere and post the links here. It should be easy then deciding if it is Metallic or Dark Bluish

Misses conds between the subfiles and the pattern (same conds as in the uncoloured version are missing). Should be added to 48156s01.dat.
