The top surface have three bends and only need three condlines, from side to side.
You should not use many short lines.

Same T-junction here as in the flat version.

The Text surface is not flat.

Fixed condlines and T-junctions.
Tiny bumps in the text area are due to rounding errors.

But it is possible to iron out the wrinkles.

In LDPE, add a complete surface,
4 3 9 1.034 19.12 9 -.0779 37.208 -9 -.0779 37.208 -9 1.034 19.12
4 3 9 4.84 -1.408 9 1.034 19.12 -9 1.034 19.12 -9 4.84 -1.408
Select all the vertices in the area that needs flattening. Make sure to not include the corners, or vertices on the edges of the added quads.
Under Action, use Merge To Nearest Face.
Round off all the vertices to four decimals.
Remove the added surfaces.
Enjoy the flattend surface.

And I think you should remove some of the vertices, the corners, from the inlined text subfile.

It is still not as flat as it could be, and I don't like "Good enough".
If you need more decimals to make it perfect, use more decimals.
