- does this assembly really have transparent wheels?
- this assembly should use 4480c02.dat or 3464c01.dat

I think I see what you mean.
I think that maybe the thickness of the windshield is wrong too.

I would like to change ot like this:

1 47 0 -43.2 -3 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0.75 4483.dat

I wonder if this file should really include
the white front- and red back-light.
There are good arguments for and for not having them.

I think that 4480c04.dat and 4480c03.dat should be swapped.
Have an overview look at http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptpatterns.cgi?c=4480

as this file shows assembly of otherwise difficult to place parts,
I suggest to add a transparent glass withiut pattern here
(which is currently present in c05, which I suggest to delete)

funny: I just tried to add the glass from c05
to drop c05 and only have this file as an assembly shortcut.

then the helmet glass and the main glass overlap.
is this also the case in reality?
I fear something is wrong with our geometry
