Well, since the hair is Medium nougat, I would keep that, but also use Reddish brown on most of the stubble and the eyebrows.
And he doesn't have a thin goatie, it's a round dot, placed slightly higher to mark a chin.

Even if this is a CGI I think we can see what the designers intended to create here:

Most of the stubble is a darker shade and there's a wrinkle of the left and right side, and a wrinkle in the middle of the chin.
IMO it is better to look at CGI then trying to interpret misaligned, misprinted parts.

Don't think it matters much, as long as it's a different shade of "brown".
Maybe we should pick something different from the hairpiece? Nougat or Dark nougat.
