Welcome to the wonderful world of 3D patterning ;)
- You could (should) have used more primitives as it result in smaller file and more importantly a smoother result.
- You must provide complementary condlines where pattern meet primitives.
See comments on this part for a bit more precisions on condlines (and primitives usage)http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?f=parts/3626cp8j.dat

Instead of running a 3D-pattern through Edger2 it is sometimes better to copy the cond-lines from a primitive or subfile.
Most of the minifig head patterns are made like that. (There's even a subfile with only cond-lines to use on a pattern that
covers the entire half head surface, s/3626bs05.dat.)

In this part you should inline the cond-lines from a 1-4cyli.dat and a t08o6250.dat

If there's only one version of a patterned head, there's no need to describe the stud.

3626a "Minifig Head with Solid Stud"
3626b "Minifig Head with Hollow Stud"
3626c "Minifig Head with Closed Hollow Stud"

Seeing a double Pattern in the description now, perhaps admin can edit the header?
