...the part you always wanted, but never dared to ask for :-)

Always dreamed of this one ;D
Very nicely done, plays very well with prim substitution.
Maybe the cut corners of base stud indentation are a bit of overkill, but... (maybe use 8\ prims for that?)
Top stud orientation (logo) seem random... And bottom stud tubes could be in subpart since they don't carry logo.

Moved side studs to subfile and removed the logo in them
Oriented the studs correctly

"Moved side studs to subfile"... but on side remained in main file.

Looking good, indeed, but I think it should have a better description.

Why Belville Wall? IMO Belville should be a keyword.
I don't like the comma in the description.
Why is the dimension placed at the end?

Panel, Cylinder?

Belville, as there are some parts already sporting the name.

All three Belville parts with lattice use "Panel [size] Lattice"

There's also a similar part, 30246, simply called "Panel Wall 3 x 4 x 6"
And 33227.dat "Door Frame 1 x 8 x 12"

How about "Panel 8 x 6 x 12 Tower with Window"

n.b.
As it is oriented, I think the order of the dimensions should be changed. X x Z x Y

If we go along 33227 and 30246 for the dimensions, the name would be "Panel 6 x 8 x 12 Tower with Arched Window"
