I haven't created a subpart for this and the unpatterned part because, at least for now the patterned parts are only one.
I colored the back face and not the front because the orientation with the logos on the studs requires this alignment. To have the front face colored, the studs would have to be rotated but then the entire part would be rotated with respect to all the other plates.

Don't think we care about stud orientation on other printed plates/bricks. Do we?
But if you create a subfile without both front and back longside surface, you could use it rotated,
thus having both correct studs and the pattern on the visible side. Right?

And I also don't think Lego does. It would require a printing robot where every brick is orientated based on the stud logo.
