You have many T-Junctions on the bottom of all black lines, you should avoid that.

I knew it would be a problem, Ulrich warned me about that. I think it's better removing the tiny blank space at the bottom.

Have you tried to keep the blank space? If the squares are too flat I guess DATHeader will tell you.

I tried but the result was a lot of needle-shaped polygons which must be avoided.

Also I checked the part I own this morning and the space is not visible contrary to the photo on Bricklink. You can check mine here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1wumz7UUoNNxVfKm2oG0KHrK51-NGEm7o

Welcome on the parts tracker....

yepp..a pretty trap.....mismatching prints ...

... a matter that you will encounter more often ... unfortunately.
Here the community made the decision ... to optimize such things in the way as Lego intended to.

I would draw them down to the bottom edge.....

..and for nitpicker's a nightmare ...;) ...:
..the peaks are not isosceles...all have a minimal drift to the left.

You're absolutely right. The first 4 peaks were not isoceles. This is now fixed.

The lines should be equally horizontally distributed and the pattern should be symmetric.

As an advice: make only the right half of the pattern, and then copy past and mirror it for the left side. So everything is symmetric.

I don't think subparted worth it, I had in mind a copy/paste/mirror not a subpart. Sorry if it wasn't cleared enough.

No problem I removed the subfile and mirrored the pattern

Lines were too thin. I increased their width from 1 to 1.25

I don't think that's a choise by the author. It looks like a result of Rectifier.
(That could be easily changed in LDPE. Select two neighbouring triangles and press F, to flip the layout.)
