Unmatched edges here:

2 4 36.1242 0 -56.3111

Wrong pattern number? Potter parts usually have Hx-suffix

There's also a lot of unmatched edges between the subpart and the topsurface, but they are all also present in the unprinted part

I will check the edges, I chose the p01 suffix as this is the only 4x4 tile with a pattern. Do we see more coming? I can move it to a HP number though

All points of the pattern within the edges can be rounded to 2 decimal places - the pattern will not be significantly affected.
It is logical that when round 3d primitives are scaled, the decimal values become exorbitant.
So you have a choice.
You either live with unmatched points or use unificator with the right settings.
Some T-Junctions - and then those that are created by using unificator - would have to be removed.
