There is a tiny intersection about .7 of an LDU when the two halfs are moved for open to grip
This is approx the maximum:

Yes, I've seen this issue. Both top and bottom side.
Problem is: Do I change the part, or do I adjust the opening and closing angles?
Now it is: 8 deg. to fully open, and 10 deg. to closed.
If I change it to be: 6 deg. to open and 7 deg. to closed, the colission goes away.
Maybe it is +/- 7 deg. and the rest is play and tolerances of the part.

5 24 0 -8.5 -30 0 -8.5 -26 -10 -7.13 -26 3.2529 -7.8531 -30
I think the main problem is a glitch in the overall geometry. I checked against the real part - the diameter of this cylo:
1 4 0 0 22 0 0 8.5 8.5 0 0 0 4 0 2-4cylo.dat is only 6 mm -> 15 LDU not 17 as it is modelled .

The part is rewritten from the scratch. The positions of the rubber pad and wheel hub are corrected.
I'm not sure about the credits/history line. I'm open for suggestions, if I should credit Magnus or Thomas.
Existing certification-votes were deleted.

I tried to use the file from Thomas. It was flawed.
